Born in Rome in 1995, with Italian-Polish roots, Isabella Potì is today one of the most influential and internationally recognized chefs and entrepreneurs. With her innovative vision, she leads the Michelin-starred restaurant Bros' as Head Chef in its new location in Martina Franca, alongside Floriano Pellegrino.
An early vocation led her to dream of great kitchens since childhood. After completing her culinary studies in Salento, Isabella wasted no time and flew to London to train alongside her mentor, Claude Bosi. Her innate talent then propelled her on a journey through European culinary excellence: in Spain with Paco Torreblanca and Martín Berasategui, in Copenhagen at the temple of Geranium, and in France at Mirazur in Menton.
Her return to Italy marked the beginning of her entrepreneurial rise. At just 26 years old, she became co-owner of Bros' (awarded a Michelin Star), the Roots Trattoria in Scorrano, and the creative agency Pellegrino Brothers.
Isabella Potì is a creative figure who transcends the kitchen alone. She is a benchmark in the Italian digital and television landscape, known to the general public for her appearances on flagship programs such as MasterChef Italia (guest judge) and Il Ristorante degli Chef (Rai 2).
Her charisma has made her a sought-after face for international luxury, automotive, and fashion brands (including Nike, Maserati, Land Rover, and Amazon) and a protagonist on the pages of iconic magazines like Vogue, Vanity Fair, and L'Officiel.
