This contract covers the online sale of official merchandising items bearing the trademark, logo, or distinctive elements of Pellegrino Brothers Srl.
These products do not in any way constitute food items or catering services.
These conditions apply to sales made to consumers in accordance with Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code) and Legislative Decree 70/2003 on electronic commerce.

All prices are expressed in Euro (€) and include VAT, unless otherwise indicated. Shipping costs are indicated separately before order confirmation.

This contract is governed by Italian law. For any dispute, the Court of the place of residence or domicile of the consumer shall have jurisdiction.
