The BROS’ LAND 2026 format returns for its fifth edition after a one-year hiatus, relocating for the first time to the scenic Valle d’Itria at Relais Villa San Martino in Martina Franca.
The culinary celebrations will run from September 18 to 20. While September 18 is reserved for a private, invitation-only opening dinner celebrating their 10th anniversary, September 19 and 20 mark the return of “Le Cene Impossibili” (The Impossible Dinners), the celebrated format created by BROS’ back in 2016. The goal of The Impossible Dinners is not to standardize styles, but to foster a dialogue between distinct culinary identities. Luiz Filipe Souza
Chef of the two-Michelin-starred restaurant Evvai in São Paulo, Brazil.
He will cook on September 19 at BROS’ alongside Floriano Pellegrino, Isabella Potì, and Pier Daniele Seu.
Pier Daniele Seu
Founder of the renowned pizzeria Seu Pizza Illuminati in Rome.
He will cook on September 19 at BROS’ alongside Luiz Filipe Souza, Floriano, and Isabella, and will return to the ovens on September 20 at BROS’ Trattoria alongside Andrea Giuseppucci.
Jacopo Ticchi
Chef of Da Lucio restaurant in Rimini.
He will cook on September 19 at BROS’ Trattoria with Saverio Stassi, and on September 20 at BROS’ dinner alongside Floriano Pellegrino, Isabella Potì, and Saverio Stassi.
Saverio Stassi
Chef of Ajualä restaurant in Santo Domingo (Dominican Republic).
He will cook on September 19 at BROS’ Trattoria in tandem with Jacopo Ticchi, and on September 20 in the kitchen of BROS’ restaurant alongside Floriano Pellegrino, Isabella Potì, and Jacopo Ticchi.
Andrea Giuseppucci
He will cook on September 20 at BROS’ Trattoria, collaborating on the dinner with Pier Daniele Seu.
