Ten Apulian mayors, divided into mixed teams, find themselves in front of the stoves with a single goal: to create an original dish. The time available is exactly 30 minutes, managed through a tight relay: 15 net minutes for each of the two mayors in the team. A marathon where keeping a cool head is essential.
The golden rule of the competition is strict: the mayors will be allowed to use exclusively the ingredients provided by the organization. It will be the ability to adapt and teamwork that makes the difference, all under the watchful eyes of those who live the kitchen every day. A dynamic that feels very much like front-of-house and kitchen service, territories where Floriano and Isabella excel, but here transformed into a collective and sweaty race.

The technical heart of the event lies within the chef tutors, but for us, the focus is entirely on the participation of Floriano and Isabella. Having them at the stoves of Piazza XX Settembre means bringing the BROS’ philosophy clearly outside the restaurant walls. This is not a simple presence, but a true challenge: applying their rigorous methodology, made of time management, technique, and product research, to the extreme chaos of a competition featuring novice administrators.
The role of the tutor is fascinating: not cooking instead of the mayor, but they can be played as a “special Joker” for just 3 minutes per round to save the dish during moments of deep crisis. Transforming panic into a coordinated dish. Alongside them, as colleagues, a parterre of the highest level such as Domingo Schingaro (Due Camini), Andrea Catalano (Dissapore), and the duo Antonella Ricci and Vinod Sokar. An evening in which Apulian excellence puts itself at the service of the community.
